There is no property-specific reason to publish a standard inventory, because every owner draws the line somewhere different. What follows is the working list most properties settle on once we have talked it through.

How the tracking works

The Golden Welcome.
An optional premium extra, staged before arrival, built around the property and the occasion. Think regional honey, good coffee, local snacks, a hand-written card, and small seasonal touches rather than a generic basket with a ribbon on it.
We do not claim partnerships with any local producer. The contents are chosen with you, and the result is a first impression that talks about the place rather than about a catalogue.

Occasions worth marking.
Anniversaries, birthdays, a first stay after a renovation, a returning guest, or simply the opening weekend of the season. Tell us the occasion and the budget, and the basket is built to fit it. Wine from regional producers can be included when it is requested and legally appropriate.
Restocking questions.
Can you restock supplies between guests?
Yes, and it is worth setting up. Restocking starts at $49 as a service charge, and the cost of the supplies purchased is billed on top of it. We track what each property uses and keep the essentials on the shelf. Owners who set this up stop getting the message that there was no toilet paper in the guest bathroom.
Can you prepare welcome packages for guests?
Yes, through the Golden Welcome. Welcome package setup starts at $49, which covers coordination and staging, and the contents are billed separately or wrapped into a custom package quote. It is an optional premium extra built with you: regional honey, coffee, local snacks, a personalised card, and seasonal touches such as an anniversary or birthday note. We do not claim partnerships with any local producer, so what goes in the basket is chosen together with you, and wine can be included where it is requested and legally appropriate.
What is included in a vacation rental turnover?
A turnover is more than a clean. We strip and remake the beds, launder or swap the linens, clean and disinfect every bathroom, clean the kitchen including the appliance fronts and the inside of the microwave, vacuum and mop, wipe the high-touch surfaces, run and put away the dishes, remove the trash, reset each room to match the last visit, and check the supply levels. Then we walk the property before locking up and tell you anything we found. Turnovers start at $129 for qualifying smaller properties.
