Construction dust does not behave like household dust. It settles everywhere, it reappears after the first wipe, and it hides in the places a normal clean never reaches: vents, light fixtures, window tracks, cabinet interiors, the tops of doors. A final clean is its own trade.

What the final clean covers.
Mopping gets repeated until the water runs clear rather than once and done. Every surface a hand or an eye will land on gets attention, and the property is reset at the end so the first walkthrough is a walkthrough of a finished home.

Every project is priced on its own.
There is no honest way to publish a post-construction rate. A 1,200 square foot cabin with new floors is a different job from a whole-home remodel with three bathrooms, new cabinetry and a dust-covered HVAC system. Send the details, or ask for a walkthrough, and you will get a real number and a real scope.

Do you clean after remodels and construction?
Yes. Post-construction cleaning starts at $349. Construction dust does not behave like household dust, so it is its own job: dust out of the vents and light fixtures, film off the glass, tracks and sills, cabinets and drawers inside and out, trim, baseboards and fixtures, and a final reset before the keys change hands. Larger projects are quoted individually. Contractors and builders with repeat work should ask about standing arrangements.
How do I receive a cleaning quote?
Send the request form with the property details, or just call 559-676-1016. For a turnover, a short conversation is usually enough to price it. For commercial properties, post-construction projects and deep cleans, we may ask to walk the property first, because the condition and the access matter more than the square footage. The prices on this site are starting points, and the quote you get is property-specific.
Which areas do you serve?
Bass Lake is home base. From there we work Oakhurst, Coarsegold, North Fork, the Yosemite gateway communities and the surrounding mountain communities of Madera County. If a property is a little outside that footprint, ask, because the answer depends on the schedule rather than the map.
