Golden Hour Turnovers is a locally operated cleaning and property-care company. Kristin owns it, runs it, answers the phone, and is the person standing in your property holding the checklist.
That is the whole structure, and it is deliberate. When you call, you reach the person who decides. When something is wrong with a property, you hear it from the person who saw it, not from a message passed through a dispatch desk.
The work is mountain work. Cabins that sit empty for months, lake houses that turn over thirty times a summer, second homes whose owners check in from three hours away. It takes a particular kind of attention, and it helps enormously to live where the properties are.
What being local actually buys you.
A great many Bass Lake properties are owned by people who live hours away. It is a completely reasonable way to own a cabin, right up until the morning something goes wrong. A cleaner cancels. A guest arrives early. A supply runs out. A property nobody has checked in six weeks turns out to have a problem that has been quietly getting worse.
Every one of those situations is a distance problem before it is a cleaning problem. Being based here is what removes the distance, and it is the reason a same-day answer is realistic rather than a promise.

Can you help if I don't live in Bass Lake?
That is the whole reason we are here. Property checks start at $59 and guest support visits at $69. If you are hours away, we can be the local presence: checks before and after guests, supply runs, linen drops, and a call or message to you with photos when something looks wrong or simply needs a decision. Many of our owners have never met us in person.
How do I receive a cleaning quote?
Send the request form with the property details, or just call 559-676-1016. For a turnover, a short conversation is usually enough to price it. For commercial properties, post-construction projects and deep cleans, we may ask to walk the property first, because the condition and the access matter more than the square footage. The prices on this site are starting points, and the quote you get is property-specific.
What is included in a vacation rental turnover?
A turnover is more than a clean. We strip and remake the beds, launder or swap the linens, clean and disinfect every bathroom, clean the kitchen including the appliance fronts and the inside of the microwave, vacuum and mop, wipe the high-touch surfaces, run and put away the dishes, remove the trash, reset each room to match the last visit, and check the supply levels. Then we walk the property before locking up and tell you anything we found. Turnovers start at $129 for qualifying smaller properties.
