Deep cleaning
The reset a turnover cannot reach.
Vacation homes, primary residences, second homes, cabins, rental properties and commercial spaces where the condition calls for more than a turnover.
The difference is depth, not effort.
A turnover
Between guests. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, floors, high-touch points, supplies, presentation. Fast, repeatable and built to be identical every time.
A deep clean
A full reset of the property itself. Everything a turnover deliberately skips because there is no time for it between a checkout and a check-in: inside appliances, vents, tracks, grout, cabinet fronts, the tops of doors, behind the furniture that can be moved.
Property conditions vary, so we do not publish a fixed deep-clean checklist and pretend it applies to every cabin. What is below is the shape of the work. The actual list is built around your property, and priced from it.
What a deep clean takes on.
- Inside the oven, the refrigerator and the dishwasher
- Range hood and filter
- Cabinet fronts, handles and the tops of the doors
- Tile, grout and glass in every bathroom
- Baseboards, door frames, vents and light fixtures
- Interior windows, sills and tracks
- Behind and under the furniture that can be moved
- Wall spots and switch plates
- Ceiling fans and accessible fixtures
- A full linen and supply reset at the end

Who books one.
When it makes sense
- Before the summer season starts
- After a long empty winter
- After a full season of guests
- Before a new rental goes live
- After a renovation is finished
- Once or twice a year in any cabin
Mountain properties have their own rhythm
A cabin that sat empty through a wet winter smells like it by spring. Pines drop needles onto the deck all year, dust moves in whether anyone has been there or not, and the first warm weekend brings everything back to life at once. Most of the owners we work with book one deep clean before the season and one after it.
Deep cleaning starts at $249. Final pricing depends on the property, because condition matters more than square footage.
Deep cleaning questions.
What is included in a vacation rental turnover?
A turnover is more than a clean. We strip and remake the beds, launder or swap the linens, clean and disinfect every bathroom, clean the kitchen including the appliance fronts and the inside of the microwave, vacuum and mop, wipe the high-touch surfaces, run and put away the dishes, remove the trash, reset each room to match the last visit, and check the supply levels. Then we walk the property before locking up and tell you anything we found. Turnovers start at $129 for qualifying smaller properties.
How do I receive a cleaning quote?
Send the request form with the property details, or just call 559-676-1016. For a turnover, a short conversation is usually enough to price it. For commercial properties, post-construction projects and deep cleans, we may ask to walk the property first, because the condition and the access matter more than the square footage. The prices on this site are starting points, and the quote you get is property-specific.
Can you help if I don't live in Bass Lake?
That is the whole reason we are here. Property checks start at $59 and guest support visits at $69. If you are hours away, we can be the local presence: checks before and after guests, supply runs, linen drops, and a call or message to you with photos when something looks wrong or simply needs a decision. Many of our owners have never met us in person.
Deep cleans are quoted individually. Call 559-676-1016, send the property details, or see all starting prices.
Give the property a proper reset.
Tell us the property, when it was last reset properly and what worries you about it. You will get a plan and a firm number, usually the same day.
